Last Saturday 17th May was the 33rd Ironman Lanzarote. The gruelling race of 3.8km swim, 180km cycling and 42m marathon running was won by Dylan Magnien from France and Lucy Charles Barlay from the UK.Conditions were perfect and Lucy crossed the line in 9:17:15 which was nearly 20 minutes faster than her win in 2017. In the men’s category, Dylan won with a time of 8:27:57.
More than 1,100 competitors from 60 countries took place in the race
