This 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom holiday villa is a perfect choice in which to enjoy a memorable holiday. Playa Flamingo beach and Playa Blanca’s town centre is just a 10 - 15 minutes walk away from the villa. There are two water parks within 5 minutes of the villa, the AquaLava Waterpark and the Dino Park, both offer great fun for the whole family. There is a taxi rank and supermarket within 100m of the villa and the resort also has it's own internal bus route with the bus stop also within walking distance from the villa..
The villa has 2 floors; the entrance and upper floor has a beautiful open plan kitchen and dining area which leads to the outdoor, partially covered terrace. There are 6 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and 5 bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suite. Downstairs is a living area with full size pool table. The villa can sleep up to 15 people in 6 bedrooms and on a sofa bed.
A six seater Hot Tub has been added to the villa from August 2023. There is an additional charge for it's use if required.

Just arrived back from 10 days at this villa, it was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed as a family. Sonia the property manager is lovely, very welcoming & helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for her. We will be re booking. Thank you.

Super clean villa and very modern. Really well equipped. Pool was wonderful and was even cleaned during the middle of our stay.

Stayed here with a few other couples. Villa was ideal, lots of space, the decor inside was modern and all seemed very new. There was a pool table downstairs which was great and the pool outside was big and heated with lights and good sized comfortable sun loungers. Had our own bar outside too and we felt quite fancy sitting on the roof terrace overlooking the area. Our bedrooms were really good sized with aircon. Our room had a lovely patio outside. I was very impressed with how much storage there was. The kitchen was well stocked and had 2 fridges which was brilliant. The location itself couldn’t be more ideal, it was an easy and nice walk to the town centre. Taxi rank around the corner never cost more than €5 to bring us to the commercial centre or the other beaches too. Overall incredibly happy with our stay, will definitely be returning again, it had everything we needed and then some.

Myself, my wife, our 11 year old son, daughter 5 and 1 year old baby girl, stayed in this lovely Villa . From the moment we arrived at the door we all fell in love with the Villa- it was modern, very clean and well kept. The kids loved the downstairs games room that had a smart tv and pool table and a few board games. We were also provided with a cot and a highchair for our baby which we really appreciated. The private pool was another great part of the stay. Heated which was great for the evening dips in the pool. The water park is also very close to the villa so it was so handy for bringing the kids around. Playa Blanca was only a 15 min walk which had great restaurants, bars and arcades for the kids.

This villa is within walking distance from the sheltered, golden sands of Playa Flamingo beach, which slopes gently out to sea and is ideal for young children. A seafront promenade runs 8.5km from one end of Playa Blanca to the other and is lined with bars, seafood restaurants and shops. Located in an established residential area of the highly sought after resort of Playa Blanca, the villa is within walking distance of the beach and amenities of the resort but a car is recommended.

Base Price and Occupancy
This accommodation can sleep up to 15 guests in 6 bedrooms and a sofa bed.
Prices are based on 1-4 people.
For additional guests over 4 there is an extra charge of £119 per person per week
Hot tub charge is £193 per week

Additional Costs
1 Travel Cot and 1 highchair can be provided free of charge.
The owners require a £300 refundable damage deposit payable in advance.
Minimum nights : 5 nights all year except at Christmas & New Year when the minimum stay is 7 nights

Late stays can sometimes be arranged in resort directly with the property managers.
NB: If you have a late flight the only way to guarantee a late stay is to book an extra night.
