This fabulous Villa in Playa Blanca is situated in an elevated position with panoramic views over the resort to sea and the islands of Los Lobos Island and Fuerteventura. It has been furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard. The rooms are very good sizes with an extra large lounge area which has an LCD TV with IPTV Channels including Sky Sport 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5, BT Sport 1 & 2 , BBC 1, 2, 3 & 4, ITV 1, 2, 3 & 4 and others, DVD player plus selection of DVD´s, Music system, XBox console with few games. There is also a pool table. The villa offers 4 bedrooms; 2 Double Bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms, 2 Twin Bedrooms,a main bathroom with separate shower and Jacuzzi bath and a separate cloakroom. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen. The villa benefits from air conditioning upstairs and in the bedrooms downstairs. The outside area of the villa has an electrically heated swimming pool with large south facing terraces, hot tub and a large stone barbecue.

This villa is within walking distance from the sheltered, golden sands of Playa Flamingo beach, which slopes gently out to sea and is ideal for young children. A seafront promenade runs 8.5km from one end of Playa Blanca to the other and is lined with bars, seafood restaurants and shops. Located in an established residential area of the highly sought after resort of Playa Blanca, the villa is within walking distance of the beach and amenities of the resort but a car is recommended.
