This wonderful villa is located in the exclusive area of Los Mojones in Puerto del Carmen. It is a 10-minute stroll to the old town, or a 15-minute walk to the new town. With a bright and spacious interior and furnished to a high standard the villa offer style and comfort. The entrance hall leads into an open-plan living and dining area, which flows through to the kitchen. Large patio doors open onto the pool area filling the home with natural light and creating a wonderful sense of space.
The pool area at the side of the property is not overlooked and has wide Roman steps. There are plenty of sun loungers to relax on and parasols for shade. There is a small table and four chairs plus a larger table and six chairs outside, along with a built-in charcoal barbecue to enjoy al-fresco dining. The surrounding walls provide privacy and a perfect sun trap. There is also a pool table and a table tennis table for extra amusement.

Lounge
The hallway opens into an open-plan lounge and dining area leading through to the kitchen. The wall-to-wall patio doors, which lead out to the pool and patio area, offer plenty of light to this space. There are two comfortable sofas in the lounge area, a TV with Satellite Multi Channel TV including English and Irish channels, Netflix and Bluetooth Sound System. The dining area has a table & six chairs.
Kitchen
Two bar stools can be used in the kitchen, which is well-equipped and has all the facilities required for a self-catering holiday including an oven/hob, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, an air fryer, a blender and a washing machine.

1. Master bedroom with a Super King bed and a single bed. Wardrobes, bedside tables, and lamps. Air-conditioned. Patio doors lead to the garden area.

The property has lovely garden areas surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and high walls ensuring your privacy. The pool is accessible by the Roman steps, and has a separate shallow area for young children. An outdoor pool table and table tennis table provide even more ways to relax and have fun. For outdoor cooking, there’s a charcoal barbecue, along with a full selection of modern, comfortable garden furniture and plenty of space for patio dining.

Location
A peaceful villa residential area with easy walking distance to both the new town and old town of Puerto del Carmen. The winding lanes and detached properties are separated by volcanic stone walls which give you the impression that you are in a rural location. The old town and new town have an abundance of restaurants and bars for those holidaymakers wishing to venture a little further from their villa. The old town harbour is better known for its fish restaurants and small local bars and the new town for its selection of different types of cuisine. The larger sandy beaches can be found in the new town with a great selection of activities from paragliding to pedalos. The main avenida stretches approximately 3 kilometres with a good selection of shops and stores offering souvenirs, designer goods and of course duty free.

Normal Check-In time is from 2pm.
However you will be able to go to the Villa anytime after 10am. If the Villa is not cleaned etc. by the time of your arrival you can leave your luggage and ask the cleaners what time you expect to have the Villa cleaned etc. so you can return to the Villa. Check-Out time is 10am.
A late checkout may be possible if the villa is not rented on the day of your departure. Please check with your villa manager the week before you travel
