This is a perfect Villa for a young families, with its spacious indoor areas and isolated outdoor pool area.It is situated in central Costa Teguise, Lanzarote. A short five minute walk will bring you to the resort’s main beach, Las Cucharas, a stunning child friendly beach with miles of golden sands. There are also many shops, bars and restaurants in this area. The villa has four bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 people. The upstairs bedroom is ensuite and has a private balcony, and all bedrooms have air conditioning and there is bright and spacious living room featuring a modern entertainment system 52′ HDTV, with multiple English and Irish channels, Netflix and a Bluetooth sound system on the ground floor

Maid Service
The property will be cleaned etc. prior to your arrival.There are 2 Bath & Hand Towels provided per person. For stays of 11 or more nights, for 4 or more people, there will be a mid stay clean and linen and towel change. Extra cleaning etc. can be arranged at an additional cost.
Security
Modern state of the art security alarm systems, with two safes, are installed to ensure your peace of mind during your stay. All windows throughout the villa have a safety opening position, so you can open them during the night but still feel secure. Smoking is not permitted indoors.

Outside Area
The pool and patio area has a large split-level sun terrace with a beautiful 8 x 4 meter oval-shaped saltwater pool. The pool can be lit at night, is accessed by Roman steps and is electrically heated during the winter. It is the perfect place for you to relax on the sun loungers and beach towels provided. The poolside shower gives you the convenience of showering before or after the pool without having to enter the villa itself. There is also a pool table located on the patio area that adds to the entertainment options.There is a secure barbecue area with a charcoal barbeque and dining tables that seat up to 10 people. This dining area is fully enclosed with a secure door leading out to the pool and patio, so it is ideal for little ones to play outside.

Location
This villa is very centrally located in the holiday resort of Costa Teguise within walking distance of Pueblo Marinero square and Las Cucharas Beach.
Costa Teguise is located on the eastern coast of Lanzarote. The resort has several beaches, Playa Los Charcos, Playa Jablillo, Playa Bastian and Playa de Las Cucharas. The largest beach is Playa de Las Cucharas, where there is also a windsurfing academy for professionals and beginners. There are cafes, bars and restaurants along the seafront promenade from Centro Commercial Las Cucharas up to and around the headland area towards Playa Bastian. The square “Pueblo Marinero” has a wide choice of restaurants and bars that have outside seating and the the square becomes a buzzing nightime venue.
Pueblo Marinero also holds a little market on a Wednesday and Friday evening from around 17:00-22:00. Also boasting a waterpark , golf course and aquarium, Costa Teguise is a popular choice for families.

However you will be able to go to the Villa anytime after 10am. If the Villa is not cleaned etc. by the time of your arrival you can leave your luggage and ask the cleaners what time you expect to have the Villa cleaned etc. so you can return to the Villa.Check-Out time is 10am.
A late checkout may be possible if the villa is not rented on the day of your departure. Please check with P Kelly Villas the week before you travel
