These three villas are very close to the ever more popular old town fishing harbour and yet still within a 10 minute walk from the main beach and its promenade full of shops and restaurants. The villas, all south facing and in a quiet cul-de-sac road, are very sheltered from the prevailing winds making them a real suntrap and ideal for sun worshippers. The accommodation is spacious with 3 large bedrooms, one with full en suite bathroom and a further bathroom for the 2 other bedrooms. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster. There is a utility room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying area. The villas are tastefully decorated and equipped to the highest standards with quality furniture and satellite TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also provided. The villa leads onto a large covered veranda furnished with stylish patio teak table and chairs and equipped with a built-in barbecue, making this a perfect spot for outside dining. The ample sun terrace with large private heated pool is well provided with sun loungers and umbrellas. Each villa has its own private car parking space with gate.
