If you are looking for a hi spec large family holiday villa close to amenities, this 6 bedroom accommodation can offer you everything you need and more. It is superbly situated in one of the best locations of Los Mojones, close to the old town of Puerto del Carmen which means that, the views over the resort, sea and neighbouring island of Fuerteventura are impressive. This Canarian style villa has been recently refurbished maintaining its rustic features blended with contemporary style furnishings. Well planned with comfort in mind, it is air conditioned throughout. Sleeping arrangements can be worked around the 5 quality bedrooms, 2 masters and 3 twins in the main villa and a double bedroom in the separate self contained annexe. There are also 2 double sofa beds. The modern bathrooms consist of 2 en suites (one with full size deep feature bath) and 3 family shower rooms (1 situated in the annexe). The open plan lounge has a homely feel with comfortable seating and smart TV offering a full package of international channels. An Xbox and the wifi provide additional entertainment. Mature landscaped gardens and views can be enjoyed from the outside seating areas and down some stairs there is a secret get away from it all snug with Cesar Manrique inspired decor. The bespoke shaped gated pool area has plenty of sunbeds and a hot tub calls to relax and unwind. The warmer climate can prompt some Al fresco dining with the Weber BBQ and a table that seats 12 comfortably. For the kids a large trampoline can keep them occupied whilst you are cooking. This is the perfect place for making the most of your well earned holiday. Walking, cycling, enjoying the beaches, resort restaurants or just chill.
This accommodation can sleep up to 12 plus 2 infants. The main house can accommodate 10 people plus a child under 12 years on a z bed. Outside Area
Great sea views looking over towards Fuerteventura and the volcanic mountain range to the side and behind the villa. Large gated pool. Landscaped gardens with sunbeds and plenty of seats and rattan settees to lounge on. Outside dining area, with Weber gas BBQ and table seats 12 comfortably. Hot tub to relax and unwind. Large trampoline in the garden for the kids. There is also a outside snug on a lower level with Cesar Manrique inspired mosaic seat. Poolside toilet to save entering the villa.

We stayed 2 weeks in this beautiful villa with my extended family including my 3 and 5 year old. Located about a 10 minute walk from the old town and 15 minutes to the main strip. The villa has everything you could need for a family break. The welcome pack of groceries was a wonderful surprise when we arrived late on our first night. A lovely large BBQ which we used a few times, plenty of space on the grill to cook for 11 of us. The el Toro restaurant across the road was lovely, and we had food delivered really easily from restaurants in Puerto Del Carmen. The pool is gated and has a pool toilet which was great, stopped us dragging wet feet into the main house. Loads of outside seating dotted around the villa grounds so you were never on top of each other. The grounds themselves are gorgeous, loads of cactus and local shrubs. The rooms are large and well appointed, plenty of towels. Large American fridge and separate wine fridge which was great. Kitchen has everything you could need for cooking. Extra large couch in the main sitting room with a huge smart TV. I would highly highly recommend this villa!
April 2023
Brilliant villa in Lanzarote, highly recommended. Great location 10 minutes drive from the airport within easy reach of Puerto Del Carmen and a good base to get around the whole island. We stayed with friends with young children a similar age to ours. Very well appointed. A big kitchen that has everything you could possibly need,The kids loved the pool, the trampoline and the foosball table. Bedrooms and bathrooms all very nice with comfortable mattresses and nice bedding. Couldn't fault it! Would stay again.
January 2023 - Family Holiday
We stayed from 3rd to 10th Jan. Villa and outside living were exactly as described and even better to be honest. Grounds and pool were excellent. Plenty places to chill out. Eveything you need in lounge and kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms excellent standard. We have been booking villas for years in Lanzarote and we all agreed that this villa was the best to date. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back again
August 2022 - Great Vacation
On behalf of future clients, the villa is worth every dime spent. Great location, with ocean view, great accomodatios. Vast spaces, both inside and in the outside park. It is furnished in very good taste, well equipped, even beyond expectations. Kids found all that they needed in terms of games etc. Congratulations to the owner.
July 2022 - Absolutely Stunning
We are just back from the most amazing family holiday ever. This villa is absolutely stunning everything about it was absolutely perfect. Really beautiful place plenty of space everything you need and more. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The pool area is fantastic very comfortable sun loungers, jacuzzi, toilet, and shower ideal. Fantastic for children and families with plenty to entertain them. We loved every minute of our holiday. Well maintained and just super, very friendly pool maintenance man too. We are looking forward to returning again soon would definitely recommend this place to everyone including families if i could give it more than 5 stars i would thanks for a fantastic stay.
We have just returned from a 7 night stay at this stunning large villa, all I can say that it was absolutely amazing, there were 12 guests 7 adults 5 children and it accommodated all of us, the grounds are beautifully landscaped, the pool was heated, the bedrooms had everything you needed, every last detail was thought about and available from a hair dryer to weighing scales, to towels, to drinks & food on arrival, Xbox for the kids, huge TV, trampoline, chilling out areas around the villa, the kitchen had every utensil known to man, the bbq was easy to use and Louise was a pleasure to deal with and so helpful. Fantastic stay great location beautiful villa we will definitely be back in the future. Would highly recommend
Our week in this accommodation with all its facilities and great position was exactly what we needed. The pool and chacuzzi got their fair share of use as did the terraces. Loved every minute.
Location
On the edge of Puerto Del Carmen, a down hill walk into the Old Town and port or onto the main strip, with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Short taxi ride back up after a great night out. Car hire is not essencial but highly recommended for this villa

This accommodation can sleep up to 12 plus 2 infants. The villa can sleep up to 10 people. The annexe is included for groups of 11 and above.
Prices below are based on up to 6 people sharing with an additional charge for guests of £126 per person.

The villa is simply stunning. It has been recently renovated to a very high standard, with attention to every detail and has something for everyone. We went with our children and friends, so there were 8 of us, but there was room for plenty more. The bedrooms are very comfortable, with air conditioning and shutters that block out any sunlight, which was perfect for sleeping in! The bathrooms are beautifully finished with gorgeous tiles and fittings. Our bedroom had a private terrace, which we loved sitting on, with a cup of tea in the morning, whilst looking at the beautiful view. The communal areas were perfect for gathering together. The lounge has a huge comfy sofa with a large TV, which kept the children happy. There is also a den area with an Xbox, which our boys loved. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the view from the dining table is like a picture postcard. We mainly sat outside to eat, at the huge glass table on the main terrace. We loved having breakfast and dinner sitting in the warmth, with the beautiful gardens around us. We used the BBQ, on the terrace, a couple if times. We were there at the end of October and temperatures were still in the low to mid 30s. The pool area is fantastic for chilling out in the sun and playing in the pool. It has the added bonus of a hot tub, which is perfect for stargazing in! The villa is located within an easy drive from the airport. Lots of restaurants and shops are located within walking distance, down the hill, into Puerto Del Carmen. We found some great restaurants and had many delicious meals there. The beaches by the old town are also fantastic. The kids loved jumping off the jetty into the sea, and the teenagers did scuba diving, which they thoroughly enjoyed. If you want to visit any of the island I would suggest you book a car before arriving, as they were in short supply after lockdown. All in all a suberb family holiday.
Stayed from the 21st August to the 4th of September. Have to say, met all our expectations and more.Everything is finished to an excellent standard, spacious rooms, fantastic pool with great outside area, plenty enough sun beds. The gardens are the most colourful I’ve seen, views are fantastic, 10 min drive from airport, just off road into Puerto Del Carmen( we live in the country, which is very quiet,but the noise was barely noticeable!)so provides easy access to all attractions. Shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Loved it!!
The villa is gorgeous! We had a fantastic week here! There were 10 of us- 6 adults and 4 kids and there is plenty of space for people to roam freely but also great communal spots to gather. The decor is beautiful and I have total house envy. The view of the ocean is very relaxing and it’s the perfect place to unwind. The pool is great and the kids loved the trampoline and playing hide and seek in the grounds. (All very safe and secure.) Outside our bedroom was a terrace that I could practice yoga with gorgeous views over the garden and mountains and also a hot tub that was amazing to sit in at night under the stars when the kids had gone to bed. The villa is also walking distance down to the restaurants but I gather most of them also do a delivery service so that’s great if you want to stay in. Will definitely rebook as it was the perfect luxurious villa for a relaxing break with or without the kids. My photos show beach at Puerto del Carmine and Teguise and my gorgeous secluded patio! Photos advertised of villa are true to life too!
The most impressive, comfortable and well equipped holiday home we have ever stayed in. Superbly placed, it contains everything you could require on a holiday. The owner has anticipated everything a holiday maker might require. Brilliant for families with a lovely swimming pool. During our stay the temperature climbed to very hot for a couple of days and the air conditioning was brilliant We will return for definite. Great holiday for us daughter and grandkids.
