A wonderful 5 bedroom villa located in the exclusive residential area of Los Mojones. With high volcanic stone walls to ensure privacy during your stay and a large private swimming pool with sea views and a pool table for your enjoyment. Through an archway from the lounge there is a spacious fully-fitted kitchen with a large dining table with seating for 8. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances needed for your stay, including 2 full fridges. There are triple-sliding doors off the lounge, a shaded terrace with sea views overlooks the pool and patio area and it is equipped with modern, comfortable furniture for relaxing, including a built-in charcoal barbeque, dining table and chairs for al-fresco cooking and dining. This area also accommodates a freezer. Down the steps from the terrace is the large pool and patio area. The pool is accessible by Roman steps. Around the pool there are sunbeds, umbrellas, and a solar-heated poolside shower for your added comfort. The pool has a unique waterfall feature that adds tranquillity to the setting, and the pool and the surrounding patio are atmospherically lit at night.

The spacious lounge has comfortable seating and a modern entertainment system with an HD multi-channel TV, including English and Irish channels. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the Villa. There is an archway from the lounge through to the dining room with seating for up to 8 people and another archway leading to the large, fully fitted kitchen and separate utility room.

Check-in and check-out will be contactless. Normal Check-In time is from 2pm. However you will be able to go to the Villa anytime after 10am. If the Villa is not cleaned etc. by the time of your arrival you can leave your luggage and ask the cleaners what time you expect to have the Villa cleaned etc. so you can return to the Villa. Check-Out time is 10am. A late checkout may be possible if the villa is not rented on the day of your departure. Please check with the local manager in resort.
