Refurbished in 2023, this wonderful three storey villa is in a great location along with beautiful sea views. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with air conditioning throughout and is located within easy walking distance along the promenade to the Marina of Puerto Calero where there are a number of international restaurants, bars, cafes and designer shops. There is a water taxi from the marina to the nearby resort of Puerto del Carmen and a couple of the more popular water excursions, Catlanza and Submarine Safaris are based here along with private yacht charters and private fishing trips.
