On Saturday 25th November Playa Blanca, the most southerly resort on Lanzarote will host a music race night. Entries for the event have surpassed 350 competitors taking part in events that will cover distances of 1.6 km, five and ten kilometres, with rapid and low-difficulty routes. Also as an extension of the event the Christmas lights will be swithed on with entertainment from The Los Timanfeiros troupe, DJ Alex Osorio and the Kodigo4 group. The first race of 1.6km will start at 7:30 p.m. from Avenida Papagayo near Plaza del Carmen. At 8:00 p.m. the runners registered for five kilometers will start and finally those for ten kilometers.
