Located in the town of Tias this 3 bedroom villa with private pool has fantastic views down to the sea Arrecife and Playa Honda. Comfotably furnished with homely touches this is a great base in which to explore the island. There are a good selection of restaurants and bars in Tias as well as a good supermarket but is only a short drive to the resort and beaches of Puerto del Carmen. A fantastic location for those wishing to be away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts yet within walking distance of amenities with a more traditional and local feel.
Please note that this villa does not accept children under 12 years of age. Infants are accepted between under 6 months No Toddlers

Open plan living and dining area with patio doors to the terrace. WiFi. Internet TV with UK channels. Dining table to seat 6 people.
There is a separate living area with a Wii games console with a selection of Wii games. DVD player with a selection of DVDs games and playing cards.

Kitchen
Fitted kitchen with utility area. Dishwasher double fan assisted oven microwave Tassimo coffee machine fridge freezer and washing machine

Bedrooms
1. Master bedroom with double bed 165cm x 200cm fitted wardrobes.
2. Twin beds fitted wardrobes.
3. Single beds fitted wardrobes.
There is a safe for guests use.

Bathrooms
1. Family shower room with waterfall shower and double hand basin.
2. Family shower room with waterfall shower and single hand basin.
There is a hairdryer for guests' use.

Suitability
There are a few steps down to the entrance of the property but once inside the villa is on one level.

Maid Service
There is a maid service for stays of at least 7 nights with complete change of linen & towels.
Pool towels are provided one per person for duration of stay.

Security
There is a safe for guests use and also CCTV that guests can use.

Villa was everything we wanted and more, a real home from home.

This villa has everything you need. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, pool, very well stocked kitchen, plenty of space and seating, great location and very comfortable. We had the best, most relaxing time here and would definitely stay again when in Lanzarote.
Tias is great. A small, nice, away from the "tourists", with easy access to the whole island. We enjoyed two restaurants in Tias, plus a great bakery and the supermarket is excellent. A taxi to PDC is less than 10 euros - so you have the best of both worlds. The owners are great; attentive, warm, friendly, and very relaxed. We felt at home and genuinely thought if we needed anything they would be there. The apartment was super clean and to reiterate, we could not think of a single thing it was lacking.
Genuinely nothing negative to say. Brilliant and a genuine 5 stars.

Stayed for two weeks in August ..on arrival the owners Hazel and Adrian had left us a great welcome pack which we were grateful as we arrived late in the evening. We loved our stay in the villa and the village of Tias has everything you need for a relaxing holiday . Also Hazel looks after the inside of the villa herself and Adrian looks after the pool so it all gets done properly.
