This villa is decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The living room leads out to a large covered terrace with outdoor dining area overlooking the pool with Jacuzzi. There is a second outdoor dining area with built in BBQ Built on 2 levels there are three bedrooms on one level; one bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom, a bedroom with twin beds and en suite bathroom and a further twin bedroom and separate bathroom. The fourth bedroom with a double bed is on the lower level with a separate bathroom. The living room and the three upper bedrooms all benefit from air conditioning. On this lower level is also a games room with Wii game console, Table Hockey, Billiards, indoor cinema system with projector screen and sound system. The villa is not far from the marina of Puerto Calero with local supermarket and good selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. The marina is not far from the main resort of Puerto del Carmen and as well as a local bus service, there is also a water taxi that runs several times a day to the old town and harbour of Puerto del Carmen
