The 2 storey holiday home is located in the Faro Park area of Playa Blanca. A small selection of restaurants, bars and a convenience store are within a five minute walk from the villa. The villa has a covered terrace and very pretty gardens surrounding the heated pool. There is also a Hot Tub for guests enjoyment. The resort has a internal bus service and there is a bus stop nearby so car hire is not essential but is recommended.
The villa can sleep up to 6 guests plus an infant. The base price is for 1-2 guests. Please see the Prices and Occupancy section below for further information. Please use price calculator on the top right to calculate the total cost for your group.

We have just returned from spending a week at this villa and I have to say that it is the nicest place we have stayed in. We have visited Lanzarote 9 times now and this villa is in a lovely very quiet and private position, it's close to the promenade and easy enough to get into town or the beach (by car or 20 min walk) and is the most well equipped villa we have stayed in.
It may seem out of the way but there are two small supermarkets you can walk to (5 mins at the most) and a handful of restaurants with really freindly staff. The main town is a quick 5 min drive or a very pleasant 20 min walk down the promenade.
The layout of the villa is great, it's spacious, light and airy and has the most wonderful roof terrace with beautiful sea views, looking right across to Fuerteventura.
I can't fault this villa - we will be back! Soon, I hope!

Location

Faro Park
This villa is located in the Faro Park area of Playa Blanca. There are a selection of shops and restaurants within walking distance and there is a local bus to take you into the centre of town. The Lighthouse at Faro Park is the start of the superb, sea front promenade, which runs 8.5 kilometres from one end of the resort to the other and is lined with bars, seafood restaurants and shops.
