Located in the Montaña Roja area of Playa Blanca in the Bellavista development, is this semi detached, 3 bedroom villa all on one level. There is also a small studio apartment including a bedroom, bathroom and small kitchen. The villa is modern with feature wooden ceilings and most rooms have patio doors to the sun terraces that give a bright airy feel. Stylishly furnished and open plan there is plenty of room for couple and famillies. The comfortable lounge has Wifi and IPTV The private pool has roman style steps and is secluded with mature border gardens. There is a covered outdoor space for those seaking a break from the mid day sun.

An extensive resort which stretches from the beautiful beaches of Papagayo at one end, to the Faro Lighthouse at the other end of the coastal promenade. There are also two water parks within the resort; Aqualava and Paradise Island Dino Water Park. The protected sandy beach of Playa Flamingo is a short drive away. For guests not wanting to drive, there is a supermarket within walking distance at the nearby Paradise Island Complex and a taxi rank on this same road.
