Perfectly positioned just 5 minutes stroll to the beach of Los Pocillos and resort amenities of Puerto del Carmen, this cosy villa is tucked away at the end of a private pathway. The villa has 2 storeys with the bedrooms and 1 bathroom located on the ground floor. The living area is situated on the first floor making the most of sea views from the balcony. Equipped with everything you will need for a self catering holiday including Wifi, IPTV with over 300 channels. Excellent outside dining/BBQ area to relax by the salt water pool which has roman style steps. This 2 storey property is excellent for family and couples alike.

The pool has roman style steps and the villa is situated in a flat area of the resort close to amenities. There are stairs to the living area and kitchen which are on the first floor

The villa is cleaned and prepared for your arrival. The pool is cleaned twice a week, for your arrival and mid week. For stays over 10 nights there is a mid stay clean and linen change .

Villa was perfectly located near bars, restaurants and the beach. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and our children loved the heated pool. We were met on check in and given a tour of the villa and facilities and communication from Paula in advance was excellent, providing us with all the info we needed. Highly recommended for a peaceful, relaxing break in the sun no.

Location

This villa is located in los Pocillos, a flat area of Puerto del Carmen and within easy walking distance to all the resort amenities and several beaches. The beach of Los Pocillos and several small cove like beaches are within a few minutes walk and the larger sandy beach of Playa Grande is about a 15 minute walk with a great selection of activities from paragliding to pedalos. The main avenida stretches approximately 3 kilometres with a good selection of shops and stores offering souvenirs, designer goods and of course duty free. The old town harbour is better know for its fish restaurants and small local bars and the new town for its selection of different types of cuisine.
