When we first entered the property we were surprised and pleased at its spaciousness and how light and bright it was. The living room and kitchen area was like a summer house looking out to the beautiful garden and even when it rained it still looked amazing. We loved the many different areas of the garden where we could enjoy a glass or two of the excellent local wine. We loved the Finca and hope to return.

It's just amazing!!! The garden is beautiful, it has several spots to enjoy the outdoor area and it is well cared for. The interior is great, the house is decorated with great taste and no detail is lacking, we feel like home from minute one... the windows from the kitchen-dining room to the garden are amazing. . We had a wonderful stay at the finca. Very clean and equipped with pretty much everything you need for a week or 2. The garden is a dream and perfect to relax in for lazy days. Very private and quiet location, ideal if you have a car to get around. Most of Lanzarote is within a 15-30 minutes drive and there’s a small supermarket in walking distance.

We spent a delightful 10 days at this lovely Finca . The accommodation is spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean and a pleasing décor. It was all we could have wished for. The garden is a welcoming, relaxing space with its beautiful array of planting.

We have now thoroughly enjoyed several winter visits to this beautiful property. Its location, in the small village of Guatiza, is perfect for walking to the coast or hills. It is also well positioned for travel to the quieter north of the island. There is an excellent Italian restaurant and a great little village store. Gaby and Nick have renovated the finca to a very high, comfortable standard and are always adding little extras too.

A warm welcome always awaits. The enclosed garden is a sheer joy, offering sun and shade as well as an eclectic range of sub-tropical plants. Its design is gorgeous and enhanced by subtle lighting that enables it to be enjoyed at night. Its seclusion and safety are most welcome features too. The property is a gem and provides a charming green oasis in the otherwise arid landscape of the Island. We recommend it unreservedly!



Location

Guatiza
Situated in the small village of Guatiza on the east coast of Lanzarote, one of Lanzarote's greenest areas and an authentic Canarian village. It just a 5-10 minute drive from the coastal town and beach of Arrieta. There is a supermerket and a couple of bars and restaurants within a short walk as well as the Cactus Garden, one of the island's attractions.
