A wonderful feature of this property is a large volcanic rock to the side of the pool. This is a beautiful feature and in the evenings it lights up creating a beautiful setting. Spacious sun terrace equipped with sunbeds and with fantastic views. The hot tub is located to the side of the house in a secluded patio area. There is also a smaller gated terrace off the dining room.

The village of Conil is located just a short drive from Tias and an approximate 10 minute drive from the resort of Puerto del Carmen and the Marina of Puerto Calero. The village is ideal for those looking for a quiet relaxing location away from the crowds but yet within easy access to the resort amenities when required. There is a small local mini market and also one local bar serving local food. The nearby village of Tias would be the closest place for restaurants and a larger supermarket.
