A perfect family villa located just an approximate 15 minutes walk from Playa Blanca centre. This great 4 bedroom villa is built on 2 floors and has the option of a reduced rate for smaller groups when the lower level will be closed off. On the the upper level there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the lower level has a further 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Please note that the lower level rooms are only accessible when booking for 5-8 guests. Outside there is a 7m x 3m heated pool which is gated around the terrace area. The lounges and bedrooms have the option of air conditioning by coin operated units There is also a pool table and mini golf putting green for guests enjoyment..

Location
Playa Blanca is an extensive resort which stretches from the beautiful beaches of Papagayo at one end, to the Faro Lighthouse at the other end of the coastal promenade. There are also two water parks within the resort; Aqualava and Paradise Island Water Park.
The villa is located in a residential villa area within a 15-20 minute walk, or if you are not keen on walking, a 5 minute drive to the town centre of Playa Blanca where you will find a selection of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Playa Blanca has a great selection of beaches bars and restaurants and a very quaint shopping centre. There is also a marina, the national park of Papagayo beaches and a ferry port with a 40 minute service to the nearby island of Fuerteventura.
