This beautiful 5 bedroom villa sleeping up to 10 adults is situated in the exclusive Puerto Calero Marina. The property is set over several different levels and has been stylishly decorated with modern furnishings and wooden floors throughout. As you enter the villa, an impressive atrium with wooden staircases leads up to four of the bedrooms, three of which have access to a large terrace with views to the marina and the sea. Stairs lead down to the open plan living and dining area and a separate well equipped kitchen. A few steps lead down to another bedroom / apartment with its own living area and en suite shower room. There is also an additional room with beanbags and TV for the kids to enjoy. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout with the exception of the bedroom with living area on the lower level. Large patio doors from the living / dining area and kitchen overlook the terrace which is complete with outdoor table and chairs, comfortable sofas, sunbeds and pool area which enjoys a high level of privacy. The villa is just a short distance from the Puerto Calero Marina with its designer shops, bars and restaurants.

With its variety of designer shops, restaurants and bars overlooking the marina, is just a short stroll away. Puerto Calero is approximately a 15 minute drive from the airport and a 10 minute drive to the popular resort of Puerto del Carmen with its abundance of restaurants, shops and long sandy beaches. There is also a water taxi from Puerto Calero to Puerto del Carmen that runs throughout the day.
