We all like to take holiday snaps when we are away to remind us of our holidays but if you are interested in photography then maybe you interest in that snap goes a liitle further. Looking for interesting views and objects can be a great pass time especially if its your hobby and theres plenty here to take the most interesting photographs.

To help you find some of the landmarks there is a photography excusion that covers the north and south of the island in 2 separate days for 4 to 5 hours.

The North
The route starts from the stranded Telamón boat and we will pass through beautiful coastal towns with stops at lovely places until our arrival at the town of Órzola. After we will go to the La Corona volcano, where at its foothill you can enjoy the beautiful malpais landscape. We will continue north, to a place from where the Chinijo Archipelago can be seen to carry on to the Risco de Famara and La Caldera volcano.

After a lunch break in Haría we will continue along the special and unique Mirador de Malpaso with a panoramic view from the valley to the coast.

To conclude the trip we will visit the lookout points of Risco de Famara and Risco de Las Nieves. This places are unique Para terminar iremos a los miradores de Los Riscos de Famara y Las Nieves. Estos lugares son únicos por su vista espectacular de casi 180 grados al norte, al oeste y al sur hacia el Parque Natural Archipiélago Chinijo y la Caleta de Famara.

The South
We start the photo tour in Guardilama Mountain to admire the beautiful and stunning scenery of the Timanfaya National Park. Then we head to the wine area of the island, La Geria, famous for its crops in volcanic rock.
We’ll continue to the village of La Degollada and at its highest point we could see the valley from Playa Blanca and Montaña Roja to Timanfaya. Not far from there is a perfect place to watch the Salinas del Janubio also.

Almost finishing the tour we’ll go to Los Hervideros with his violent and beautiful landscape, El Charco de los Clicos famous for its green water and the Echadero de Camellos. To finish the tour we’ll climb to the top of the volcano “Montaña del Rodeo” where our view of the wonderful volcanic landscape of Lanzarote will increase.
