The seventh edition of the Saborea Lanzarote Enogastronomic Festival will take place over this weekend in the Villa de Teguise This is a very special edition as the theme is “The flavors of the sea”
Lanzarote has fantastic source of seafood. The island has a historical connection with the sea and its resources, it can be said that it breathes sea in all its corners. The island is located in the center of a privileged marine ecosystem. Its proximity to the Canarian-sub-Saharan fishing bank gives the island a strategic character on the Atlantic maritime map.
To the north of Lanzarote we find the Marine Reserve of the Chinijo Archipelago. With 70,700 Hectares is the largest marine reserve in Europe and an area of exceptional scenic value
The event will take place 25th &26th of November in the Village of Teguise.
